With Notifii Connect, managers can send messages to all residents, custom groups, or specific individuals through multiple communication channels. Messages can be scheduled to send at a specific time and date, and automated messages can be triggered by specific events, such as move-in and move-out dates. Users can create and save a variety of templates for different purposes or special occasions, such as late rent payments, maintenance, and community events. The corporate portal allows users to share templates, send company-wide campaigns, and view aggregate reports.

Notifii Connect’s text messaging enables the sending of alert messages directly to residents’ phones, and supports two-way texting.
