We are able to track what our sales team is doing and report on it in a way that is easy for leadership and the team to understand We are able to track goals, hit rate, forecast, and more
HubSpot has increased our close rate, sales volume, and contact database. It has been a huge value add to our organization and we have much more accurate and usable data.
It does require a dedicated person to implement but their support team is incredible

I wish I had moved from our previous tool (Streak) before. Hubspot is intuitive, just works and it generates good results.
1) Grows with you Although it offers a gazillion features and possibilities, just like Facebook, it just grows with you and how you use it. I tend to discover some additional possibilities along the way, even after +6 months of using it, but it always gets better for my use cases. 2) Easy sequences & follow-up The sequences in Hubspot just work. Once set up - which is easy - I can add users one by...
1) Only community Although I consider the fact they have a large community as a plus, the fact that you sometimes have to rely on the community to upvote features makes that my 'personal' impact on the roadmap is low. Even with a lot of upvotes there is no guarantee that Hubspot will alter the product. 2) Constant changes in pricing & feature lists I have recommended others to use Hubspot for their...

Sales Hub makes basic CRM functionality accessible to SMBs who often do not have the resources (time, money or people) or knowledge. It enables them to better manage deals and prospects.
The design of the CRM is heavily focused on an inbound sales model, so the platform lacks design functionality for other models such as outbound. Companies with moderate to complex requirements will not find the flexibility they are looking for.

HubSpot Sales Hub provides a full suite of sales management tools, including contact and deal management, email tracking and templates, and customizable sales pipelines. The platform offers detailed analytics and reporting, allowing you to track key metrics and gain insights into your team's performance.HubSpot Sales Hub seamlessly integrates with other HubSpot products as well as with a wide range of third-party tools, making it easy to streamline your sales process. The platform is easy to navigate, and its intuitive interface makes it simple to get started and to train new team members.
I think it's relatively expensive, especially for small businesses or startups on a tight budget. While the interface is user-friendly, it can take some time to fully understand all of the platform's features and capabilities. While the platform is highly customizable in some areas, there are some limitations to how much you can personalize certain aspects of the user experience.

I use this daily with two of my clients for Account-Based Marketing Campaigns. Great for Lead-to-Account tracking as well as ongoing account management. Ties into HubSpot's CRM solutions well, so it's very convenient for the whole client management lifecycle. Also love that it's free to start out with, so I can test it with a client so they can see if they like it or not before committing to the paid version (which also isn't really necessary until it has demonstrated value in the free model. This platform can act as the central operations center of any sales and marketing strategy.
HubSpot is a great solution for managing most sales and marketing campaigns, and the Sales Hub is no exception. The ease of setting up pipelines, tracking contacts, logging notes, and especially scheduling follow-ups for each contact makes this an ideal platform for lead generation and account closing processes. One killer feature is that when you're setting up a Company in the system, you simply enter their website and it auto-populates all the essential contact data - making it so easy to quickly get your cold-calling lists setup so you can get to work reaching out to individuals within the Companies.
I feel there are some redundancies in the way 'Deals' and 'Lead Status' pipelines are managed, but easy enough to work around them and set them up as you see fit.

Very happy with our investment in HubSpot and we are now taking full advantage of many of its time saving features.
I found HubSpot to be well designed and highly intuitive.
I have had some issues with how documents are managed and I did have a request for the ability to add customizable task definitions which would suit our workflow better. Not sure if I should be proud or pissed when they added the option to the upgraded version of HubSpot.

Hubspot offers a great tool to track all the leads we currently have so that none fall through the cracks. It keeps all related documents, meetings, quotes, etc. all in the the deal card. The automatic contact log through Gmail integration can be overwhelming - it captures everything and adds a lot of noise to the system. Setting the default to "tracking off" and only logging what we want to keeps the contact list much cleaner.
It was very easy to set up and start using. There's something really pleasing about moving deal cards up the pipeline.
The meeting scheduler is lacking basic functionality like canceling and rescheduling. Hubspot has promised to roll out these functions soon. Also, the options for clients to accept a quote and pay are limited. They can only pay 100% of the full amount of the quote. There are no provisions for alternative arrangements like paying half up front and half later.

We've have used if for a couple months now and I can boldly say our clients have the best customer support.
It is pretty seamless to use if you have used a similar CRM or Sales management platform before.
HubSpot is okay, just that compared to other CRM platforms, their email capabilities fall a little bit short.

I first used the Hubspot free version until my company decided to switch from Netsuite to Hubspot for our CRM. I didn't realize how much more Hubspot could do until I had the paid version. I have used 5+ CRMs and Hubspot is by far my favorite.
Easy to use. Very intuitive even for the non-technical savvy user. Ability to create custom scheduling links to send to prospects. Ability to integrate with numerous other programs to really streamline your workflow and save you time! Ability to create beautiful email templates. Ability to create links to documents, videos, images, and more to embed into emails. Get open rates, click rates, time viewed, etc. App for smartphones for easy on-the-go access. App also helps you log incoming and outgoing calls when related to a contact. Easily track sales pipeline on an interactive dashboard. Automatically logs events and emails through linked calendars and email inboxes. Can launch calls from site and app, log type of call, and record the call!
I don't really have any complaints or cons with HubSpot itself. I would love the app to be able to do a little more, like create/edit/add a quote.

It's better for marketing. The tracking of prospects and stages of their progress in a pipeline is negligible. They have what's called the "Deals" section, but when dealing with a true Enterprise client, there is a significant amount of detail that needs to be tracked and Hubspot is not capable of handling this type of sales process. Another issue is keeping track of work that needs to be done. For...
I like Hubspot for the simple fact that it's aesthetically pleasing. Its basic functionality is easy to learn and customize the platform was very simple. I like the marketing capabilities and ability to generate email templates.
There is a lot that I don't like about Hubspot. For starters, adding people to an email campaign is by far the most painstaking, time-consuming, and illogical process ever created. To be clear, part of the reason is that Hubspot charges you extra to add people faster to a campaign. They know this, and it's their way of forcing you to purchase a more expensive version of their software. For example,...

For the Free cost it excellent. When business picks up I will buy into the payable version. Not invoicing any one right now. It been over 4 months with NO INCOME!!!
Ease of use and great interface and how it integrates with other software i.e. Freshbooks
Text messaging is a huge part of our business and having to add texting is labor-intensive. When setting a new task. It doesn't create the next step in the sales process

In general, it is an excellent platform that integrates very well with other hubspot sales hub applications, as well as third-party applications, it is very well organized and collects data with which customers can be followed up.
HubSpot's Sales Hub is an excellent program for managing and organizing a business's sales operations. Tracking emails, recording phone calls, and keeping tabs on leads are just some of the features available in the CRM platform. HubSpot's Marketing and Service Hub, among others, can be easily integrated for streamlined team collaboration. Reporting and analytics features are also very helpful for monitoring and assessing sales results. In conclusion, Sales Hub is a fantastic tool that I would recommend to any company that has a sales team.
Although it has many tools, the learning curve can be long, since it has many functions, another negative point is that it can be very expensive if you are in a large company since the cost increases when you have more contacts. Another negative point is that there are functions that are not used, but are included in the plan. it would be nice to have Hubspot today tailored to your needs instead of having pre-built plans with features you won't use.

I liked so much hubspot because I had freedom.
Hubspot it’s easy to use and most of the things don’t need a IT guy next to you. This makes everything much more easy. From automations to reports if you have average IT knowledge you could walk alone.
Customization. I think some stock reports are not so useful for my business case. Besides this the seller interface doesn’t have a view with the main tasks, news or a feed running things that are important to the rep.

Very happy. I’ve found the system very helpful. I have a better handle on my contacts and leads. HubSpot is very supportive and offer a great training environment which goes beyond just the scope of the system. It does start becoming a little pricey once you start taking on additional “hubs”.
It’s extremely flexible allowing you to set up your system to match your business processes. Not only that, the number of integrations in offer allows you to add whatever you need to manage your day-to-day operations.
There are some quirks that mean automation can be a little clunky. The most obvious of which is that tasks created by an automation can’t be assigned to a specific task queue related to the activity required.

From day one I could see the value, and was happy with it. Being able to track documents and emails alone, in my business, is key. It allows me to see which prospects are the most engaged with the content, and that makes all the difference!
This is a great tool for your sales process. It provides oodles of data about your outreach, about email viewings, detailed data about how prospects are viewing your documents (even which pages, and for how long!). As a whole, it provides a variety of reports, lets you upload more documents and email templates than you could ever need! It integrates seamlessley with GMAIL (this what really what sold me), and operates along side your gmail account. Hence, I don't have to go in and manually add prospects to the CRM, I don't even need to input them via one list of all of them at once. Just working every day adds them one at a time as I work. And if I want to do it on a mass scale, I can do that too!
Cons... well. I feel like I could use a coach to sit by my side and show me everything. There is quite a lot that it does, and for a guy like me who isn't near as tech saavy as I think I am, it's quite complex. I see my colleague utilizing the software to a much higher degree. I feel I will get there, but for now it serves a few key purposes, and is already well worth the expense.

Deployment was very fast and easy. Sales reps liked this software and started to use it immediately
Makes daily life of sales people easier and saves a lot of time which they can use for sales. A lot of possibilities for automation of your daily routine.
If you need extra functionality for marketing and service tasks you will need to pay additionally for other hubs

Overall, it's a great tool for keeping tabs on the sales department within your organization. It is very effective and helpful tool for both management as well as individual level. It's a must have tool for every organization!!! Suggestion - An introduction of a reminder or a follow-up notification can be an added advantage.
Its categorization is really impressive as it allows to classify every stage of the sales process in detail - from lead generation to closed deal/gone cold. It also helps to keep track of all the prospects, deals, and sales performance of the employees within an organization.
It doesn't have the duplicate entry removal feature. Its database for companies' list should be updated from time to time along with the company's logo.

Honestly, being a Hubspot customer is a very frustrating experience. Some things are great but there are major drawbacks that Hubspot is unwilling to address
Central source of truth for salesforce and management team. Good reporting options
There are some key things that are missing that Hubspot seems completely uninterested in fixing. EG. If a deal is closed there is no way to automatically close tasks related to the deal or contact. When you're dealing with thousands of tasks, having incomplete tasks on closed records is a reporting NIGHTMARE. Almost 200 customers have flagged this in the user community and two years on Hubspot are still refusing to address. Also YOU CAN'T CREATE A CUSTOMISED MEETING BOOKING CONFIRMATION - what...???!!! Seriously, you can't event include the meeting time in a customised email to your customer. The standard template contains weird wording that doesn't work in many settings and can't be changed. There are lots of great aspects to Hubspot but these are absolute shockers.

The overall experience has been great. We can manage calendar booking and the sales, all in one place. It is very easy for us to provide training to our new hires because of its user-friendly UI. You don't necessarily need to get the whole package, and still be able to work with HubSpot Sales Hub.
If you need all of its options and features, it has a great price. It is also very user-friendly and it helps me and our team to keep track of everything we do. Its also very effective when it comes to managing our contacts and it works as a great replacement for other marketing tools we've used in the past.
In all the time I have using the software we have encounter different errors e.g. spammed numbers blocked due to spam. When we got the whole package, we realized that could've used different software and the total would be the same or cheaper.

Our team is managing customer management in Hubspot. Overall its OK. You have to get used to the system in order to benefit from it, and not constantly working in data validation processes.
Mainly, as a user, I spend my time with Deals and Tasks. I do enjoy dashboard view, possibilities to link company, contacts, deals, easiness of re-assignment to other users.
There is nothing really to actively dislike. I find its good for standard workflows and processes. But the moment a situation is a bit different (and in reality this happens a lot), you need to switch to a complete manual handling of all of your actions. And basically you can do the same in your gmail.

Hubspot customer service has been very good. Despite the small issues, for what I'm paying they're the best thing I've found and I've found it to be a very important tool.
Having email sequencing working with the contacts in my Hubspot CRM has been a VERY valuable tool. I've found that my open rates soar at the third email in the sequences. Having unlimited sales templates is a huge time saver. The Activity Feed helps me know when emails have been opened and when links have been clicked.
There are a few glitches. For instance, when I send and receive email from clients via Outlook the activity is supposed to be logged into the contact's record in Hubspot CRM. I've found this doesn't always work. I use both my business and personal email accounts in Outlook. The Outlook Hubspot plugin connects with both and there's no way to stop it from working with my personal account. The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.

I have had a wonderful experience with Sales Hub. Its functionality across all hubs is the biggest draw for me. I work mostly between Sales Hub and Marketing Hub and therefore did not want separate tools to manage everything. The pricing is less than other tools with far more ease of use, functionality, and seamlessness across hubs. Great for both startups and enterprise
I love that HubSpot Sales Hub allows for a more efficient sales process. Having contact information available across all its hubs is so important to clearly see the full development of a contact.
Have more fleshed-out integrations. Though it may not necessarily be due to HubSpot itself, the few additional integrations I do need could use more functionality.
