Sprigg is a cloud-based human resource management software designed to help businesses manage objectives, employee performance, reviews, meetings, compensation, and more on a unified portal. The platform includes 360-degree feedback functionality, which enables organizations to give and receive feedback from employees and customers using a multi-rater tool, tips, and real-time notifications.
Sprigg allows supervisors to define objectives and key results (OKRs) using one-on-one meetings, skills monitoring, customizable performance, review templates, ratings, and other metrics. It offers a variety of features such as succession planning, budget allocation, benefits management, leave tracking, mobile access, single sign-on (SSO), and more. Administrators can also use the built-in communication capabilities to make announcements, conduct check-in meetings, and share files, documents, and policies with members across departments.
Sprigg lets managers generate reports to gain insights into feedback summary, goals, employee training, development plans, scoreboard, employee profiles, performance review status, and more. It also supports integration with various third-party applications like Okta, Slack, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar via API.
