Overall it has been shaky, the sms messaging being down is a bad deal, as I use texts as 99% of my communication to my student, so I am forced to use another app for SMS and Vonage for calls.

Now, as of 4 days ago, outgoing sms is working but incoming isn't which is obviously the vital communication.

It was easier to reach more customers with the Vonage integration suite using the click to dial feature and texting that was done through my Moving Software.

I like the voicemail features and capabilities to login and use on any device!

Vonage has worked well for our call center and as an internal messaging app.

We can onboard someone and minutes and have them in a call group.

The admin portal could be managed better and the categories on the website are a bit confusing to navigate so maybe that could be reordered and renamed to make it easier to reach the desired page.

The set up of accounts and administration of the system is very straightforward.

It is inconvenient to be unable to read every text messages received and to have to call the Vonage central user for assistance every time.

It can connect up to three phones to a single extension and that is the best feature as we don't have to call individually.
