It was easy to use, set up, schedule meetings and navigate the software itself.

GoTo served it's purpose for us years ago but I believe there are better meeting software. 

This and GoTo Meeting are standards

I have been using this tool in my office to interact with clients in US on daily basis and found this tool very  efficient.  The quality of sound and video is amazing. The swift connection make it on edge.

Best tool but bit expensive

They are a standard name in webinar platforms, and very affordable.

Webex is Ok.

I think it has all the tools that any company needs to interact with their indoors people and Support customers.

Cisco Webex was a goto product for us, but some problematic experience swayed us from it to some more reasonable alternatives.

Deprecated product

This has been my favorite tool to use, over Zoom, GoTo Meeting, JoinMe, Hangouts, and even UberConference. Best tool on the market.

Overall WebEx is my goto for virtual meetings and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean professional virtual meeting tool.

WebEx meeting Very Affordable for the features

Every time my company has their weekly, bi-weekly and monthly training webinars, we use WebEx to do it. You are able to involve thousands of people at once, as well as mute attendees, screen share, etc.

My Opinion on WebEx Meeting Center

Nice and secure application for meetings and webinars

Overall the product was good, easy to use. One of the more reliable platforms for webinar hosting.

GotoWebinar is one of the top tier product similar to Cisco's WebEx.  WebEx's advanced is that they have customer support to help you host the meeting that does cost extra.

GoToWebinar is great for collaboration

One benefit of webinars is doing phone follow-up to attendees. However, GTW does not require a phone number in order to get the recording, so those prospects cannot be called. You only get phone numbers from those who register. If you want to use webinar recordings on a website or in a promotional piece, you will not like that you cannot require prospects to provide a phone number before gaining access to the recording.

Overall it's a great platform for hosting webinars.  Not sure how it would be for individual 1:1 conversations but it's great for hosting webinars.

Overall, our team loves GoToWebinar. We host about 10-20 webinars a year and GoToWebinar has made hosting these events a breeze. We love being able to play videos that have been previously uploaded. That new feature has been a game changer for us. 

Best of the Web Conferencing Bunch

We use GoToWebinar to give presentations to an audience.  We had originally used GoToMeeting and found that if you truly want a presenter to audience setup, you have to go with GoToWebinar.

Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
