Pros

Great experience obtaining good benefits, we keep an accurate follow-up of each budget or perspective, the best webinar to make presentations and product promotions, and communicate with the team.
Very easy to implement and customize, if you have other Zoho app you could have a very practical integration between all data. Voice quality is good, interface is nice.
Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.

Pros

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Cons

Form registration customization is not so flexible and lack of a complete integration with outlook (no calendar automatically sended for registration on outlook).
Recordings once shared are downloadable. No option to restrict the download).
The inability to edit the design of the event registration page.

Cons

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.

I am eveluating Zoho meeting for the usage of Webinars. We currently use GoTo webinar for webinars and we find the UI/UX of Zoho Webinars are way more user friendly compared to others. I would love explore more about the product to implement it in our organisation

Cons

I have not explored it completely to talk about the cons, but I believe in Zoho, we have to pay additional for the cloud storage for videos, and it is not a gated environment. In Goto Webinar, we are able to host the videos on cloud unlimited. At the same time, the videos are gated so that we can send them to specific people, and every time they share the link, new viewers must also enter their email to view the recording.

Pros

I checked many live webinar tool but Zoho meeting was my good option with cost effective. Creating a live webinar was very easy. You can create a webinar and you can also the copy of webinar.

Cons

Features that I missed a lot was a question and answer. Zoho should give an option to Mark the question answered as “answered” if we are answering the question with my voice instead of writing the answer manually.

Pros

There is a free version for up 2 meeting participants and 10 webinar participants Low cost and has good webinar/basic video conferencing.

Cons

App is horrible - can't mute or screen record, camera goes in and out, and is rather difficult to use as the host. Doesn't integrate with Microsoft Office.

Great way to train and advertise your brand

Have used Zoho meeting, but were limited to the amount of attendees. We have the middle tier package and can support 500 attendees.

Pros

We use GotoWebinar as a way to train our clients prior to go-live with our software. We schedule these at convenient times for the clients. It's also a great way to advertise our products. We send webinars to clients on other add-on products and see who attend and have our sales team follow up.

Cons

We had to try a few times to get the audio recording to the sound fidelity that we were having.

using the application has helped us to reduce on costs since now we can meet online and issues are discussed for common goal

Pros

Goto to webinar give the host the power to control the meeting, I like the ability to mute and unmute participants hence am able to decide who to speak, its easy to use and install

Cons

the application limits number of meeting participants per meeting this some time leaves other with out attending the meeting

Effective Meeting tool

Good and robust meeting tool

Pros

This is great tool to join meeting within the team and helps immensely with collaboration within the team. It always helps for everyone to stay connected and the enhanced ability to share screen among other uses are some of the things that I like about the tool.

Cons

I am unable to record sessions properly and retain them which some of the other similar tools provide currently and hence I think that can be an improvement.

Pros

people can type along as the presenter speaks. They have presenter mode, and conference mode. Organiser has control over who can have access to screen, mic etc.

Cons

difficult to share files during the meeting.

Virtual Meeting Went Flawlessly

I would definitely recommend GoToWebinar if you are looking for a virtual meeting solution. I know it can do a lot more than the meeting we had. It was easy to login, enter my details, and get right to the meeting.

Pros

I loved the web-based or application option. I used the web-based version as I didn't want another application on my PC. It ran flawlessly from start to finish. The presenter had no problems getting his point across with slides as well when needed.

Cons

If I had to pick a con for GoToMeeting is that it took me a second to find some of the user interface elements as to where I feel like Zoom is a little more UX friendly.

Pros

Great webinar tool. Easy to use, quick to install (browser clients), supported, intuitive. Have used in more than one organization.

Cons

None come to mind. Webinar process and call scheduling is seamless. Haven't ever had any issues preventing a webinar.

For me, Go to Webinar works when the entire region needs to meet, collaborate and train together without being in the same space. It is also a great selling tool.

Pros

I like that it integrates with many other softwares such as Zoho, Aweber, Salesforce and Hubspot.

Cons

I found the software to be very expensive since it has to be paid yearly.

Used for meetings, interviews, etc. A great tool when you can't meet in person!

Pros

Very user friendly and great option when you need to have a meeting remotely! It's as great as meeting in person!

Cons

Sometimes it might be a little tricky in both parties connecting...but, once on, it runs very smooth and easy to use!
