Super easy to use and it has amazing voice quality, and a ton of amazing features I probably will never use.
I know that passwords need to be changed on a regular basis but not that regularly, sometimes I got lost looking for the information I needed, probably my fault.
The people who run it clearly care about their customers' experiences. The software does a great job and, on the rare occasion when it needs a boost, the customer service is the best in the business.
Unable to order multiple Rate Centers in one order. No option to update the whole order with Switch changes.
The ability to manage all of carrier specific assets from a single portal. Ability to reconcile numbers, records and service offering makes Bandwidth one of the best in its class.
Lack of route changes in Bulk through the portal. SMS Dashboard availability is not available at this time.
I would highly recommend using bandwidth.com. It is a great product and very useful in my business.
Porting can be a bit of a hassle as it's not always clear what the reason is for a rejection or how to fix it.
I particularly like the way we are able to set up our sub-accounts with the appropriate locations, and the ease of access to locate numbers associated with each location.

A++++ Summa Cum Laude fantastic - could not be happier or more pleased, and a substantial upgrade over our previous software.
Doesn't always work, occasionally people have trouble joining or the connection is bad independently of our office internet.
I like the feature of recording the whole meeting and downloading it for reviewing later. Its ease of use and user friendly GUI features are very interesting and saves time.
Low-quality sound and imagery, voices are messed up, dragged out or hard to hear. I've had multiple high-pitched noises come through where I can't hear what the speaker is saying.
The ease of use of this product is the best. Dialing is never difficult and having the ability to speak with people around the world without issues is wonderful.
I think it is a bit overpriced compared to other options in today's technology advanced world. I also dislike that as an admin I can not download recordings from the portal for other account users.
Users love the ease with which they can share content and because we've invested in some great conference phones the audio is fantastic - much better than voip over laptop speakers or headsets.
Not reliable, often dropped calls, often had difficulties connecting, limited features, no video conferencing (but that could have been the version we had).
The ability to integrate the invitation button in to Outlook is great and helps get meetings out quickly.
Very easy sign-in feature and supports adding details like Linkedin profile of people attending. The one click sharing and the screen recording features are also good.
Good quality video and like the fact that you don't have to dial in.
We prefer it to the old dial-up services. Clients who join calls on LoopUp are generally also impressed with ease of use.
I have used LoopUp Regularly and maintain the system due to working in IT. I have personally recommended this to all our internal customers as it is the easiest to use and the most customer friendly.

Its easy to share important information and I use it as reminders. The tags are great as well, i like that they are color coded.
Their insistence on us paying for the full year up front should have been a warning. Their service is unreliable has lots of glitches.
Great account managers, excellent communication. API is open and we are building a smart bot on top of Zingle.
The search for contacts is very inefficient. I dont like that you can only schedule the texts out for 24 hours later.
It has been a great experience. From customer support to the notice and upgrades, all great.
I can type and reply faster than the website responds which ends up with the wrong window being closed (not the internet connection speed). Zingle at times appears to mix messages.
Ability to store and manage all of our needed contacts, group messaging, great reports, API integration, excellent customer service.
It's kinda slow when u use wifi but not else has jump out at me that was really wrong with this software.
Ease of use and love that it helps me to stay in contact with my clients and makes response time immediate.

Very easy to use, required very little time to acclimate myself to it and make good use of it.
The colors used on this app plus the facility to use it make it one of the best communication apps we have ever tried.
I highly recommend this app if you are searching for the best ways to keep in touch with your clients however I personally think It could be better for the price you pay.

Whenever there is an issue that needs resolving the support team is quick and efficient in helping resolve the matters. Consistent quality of product.
Horrible, not working, and not even refunding or replying to refund requests.
Squaretalk is an outstanding call center platform with a user-friendly interface that allows seamless integration with Salesforce.
Again, the team was very very unprofessional, not refunding the pilot money, though I've never been able to use it.
Powerful platform for call management with an admin-friendly (and agent-friendly!) interface and amazing export possibilities for Excel lovers like me.
After working with the INNITEL predictive dialer, I wonder why I didn't switch earlier, how much money my sales reps and my company must have missed out on because we didn't switch sooner.
One of the best telephones controlled system yet, very cost effective, great quality and faster connection help you to just focus on the customer.
Work very well, even with bad internet connection.
The price is fair, the quality is excellent, and i even got them to integrate the Dialer system to my Sugar CRM at no extra fee, and that's really nice. Good luck guys and thanks again.

Super Easy to use, great interface, nice look and feel, simple installation, everybody who has a web page, should also have JivoChat installed.
I am upset from technical problems and support.
The telephony side of things is brilliant too, with a wide range of numbers to choose from and the ease to receive a phone call to your phone too.
And leaving a chat does not tell the visitor you've left the chat/ended the chat and i't just sometimes a little confusing.
Most I like is that software show text when customer typing, which help our supports to answer as quickly as possible.
I miss the daily visitor statistics in our analysis tools.
Easy integration to WordPress and the ability to have a separate and dedicated number for customer support inbuilt in JivoChat.
Can be difficult to stay in touch with customer if they dont give a phone number.
The program is easy to use and we have seen a rapid improvement in our Customer Care Department for the short time we have been using it.
It have multiple channel integration like WhatsApp, sms, messenger and more which is great.
I have had a great experience usign Jivochat, my business is selling goods so this tool has helped me a lot comunicating with clients interested in buying.
Very user friendly for both parties, integrates with everything. Apple business chat works great with JivoChat.
It's been a good tool to connect with people instantly and answer their questions...we've seen increased sales from using this.
And the best thing was that it fixed my serious issue with FB messenger not loading nor showing up on all of our android mobile phones in the past week. JivoChat just solved our issues in minutes.

I miss the daily visitor statistics in our analysis tools.

Can be difficult to stay in touch with customer if they dont give a phone number.
The program is easy to use and we have seen a rapid improvement in our Customer Care Department for the short time we have been using it.
