NUACOM is an all-in-one VoIP phone system for small to medium-sized businesses that need a modern, fully scalable business communication solution. NUACOM’s online VoIP solution automates all incoming calls to the relevant department and automatically syncs all call data to connected business apps such as CRM, email marketing, or customer support systems. Users can design custom call flows using the IVR design tool to set up greetings, voice menus, business working hours, and ring strategies, as well as use the smart call transfer feature to direct calls, whether internal or external, to a single agent or to a group. Users can also configure automated call forwarding to a mobile device whenever away from the desk during business hours, and manually or automatically flip calls from a deskphone to a mobile device.

NUACOM offers a variety of tools to handle calls professionally, enabling users to make conference calls, record calls, transfer calls to multiple extensions, and view all live calls in a single wallboard. Users can get full visibility on who is online and available, on a call, receiving calls, or offline, and view rich VoIP data and analytics on the number of outbound calls made, inbound calls taken, average talk time per team, and abandoned vs. completed calls. Features for call handling include hold & resume, call parking, paging, and speed dial, and additional call settings include call barring, blocking, queueing, encryption, distinctive ringtones, user localization, and more.

the 24/7 hour support is excellent from Nuacom, they seem to be able to fix any queries asap. The portal login is user friendly and easy to navigate for reports and a wallboard
