For the most part, it’s been fine - convenient and reliable, and I’ve appreciated quick responses to our questions regarding how best to add users and work remotely.
How often the system goes down is atrocious. I cannot know how many patients I've lost due to the system being down, nor can I know how many patients I could have gotten while the system was down.
Integration process was easy to do. I like that I have the ability to listen to a voicemail from my email since the mobile app does not let you do this for the android version.
Call drops and service outages, although rare they are disruptive when they occur.
Love that you can contact a person to help out. And not be transferred around the world.
We are constantly having issues. In this week alone we have had issues with our phones on both days.
Ease of use, good sound quality, good customer servuce and great value.
I asked for correction of information on the invoice and the billing simply told me they can't do it, what nonsense, you can change an invoice in seconds with today's technology.
My experience has been amazing. I am always able to contact support with any questions I have.
Wait times with customer service are ridiculously long. I understand with remote work and shortage of staff all industries are facing this issue.
The ease of use and setup made this an awesome product to use.

The phones and mobile app are easy to use. The call quality has been good, the VoIP service has been stable, and the customer service has been outstanding.
We knew there was a problem with our marketing versus inbound call volume. We were using the cable company for phone service and internet.
We have been very pleased with quality of product, ease of transition from our previous phone system and the professionalism of the install.
This is a little less expensive and our phone rings all day. We no longer have walkin customers say they tried to call and could not get thru.
Friendly and reliable service people, easy setup, and great product.
My only regret was not changing from our previous provider sooner.
It can be easily configured and migration is easy. If you do not succeed, you call customer service and they will support your requirements.
Implementation was not as smooth as I was expecting it to be, but the problems it entailed were solved promptly by the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his staff.

Support from Avaya has been superior to what I would have thought we would get. Works great and is reliable.
Sometime facing problem with integration with other Vendor.
Avaya is a great office system for everyday use. Reliable and feature rich in terms of operation and on screen control.
Also, maintaining several profiles - the phone itself, your web portal, your voicemail profile - can be frustrating.
The system is very robust and stable, the failures experienced are minimal and the service received from the equipment is great.
Signing up with Avaya was the biggest mistake I have made in a long time.
Is a good tool for call management, and monitoring of specialists in total, you can take advantage of your tool to configure and create the different work stations.
After researching extensively it seems to be an issue with Avaya. Searching through the contacts can also be difficult.
Price points on the cloud system are excellent, competitive to most major cloud pbx providers, while getting more features and functionality.
It was confusing at first but now that I have used it for some time I am used to it and can do everything I need quickly.
The Value and the user friendly interface this is one of the best voip phone services out there used in large call centers.
One can argue that this is good or bad but it depends on your nature.
The has been a massive increase in efficiency and ease of communication since the service has been implemented.
Flexibility and customization comes with ease. Programming interface is very straightfoward and easy to use.

Saves my staff dozens of calls a day on busy days. Pushes customers to order online which they end up liking better anyway and as a HUGE bonus it stops 99% of robo telemarketers.
Difficulty using full service while new number was being verified.
We have 2 business and the software works great to filter out calls.
We implemented the Reachify service as a solution to keep our restaurant team members off the phone and focused on tending to guests in the stores. It works extremely well in this capacity.

The phone tree system - easy to use and set up. Very customizable and the option to send your customer info or a link to a website is a game changer with automation.

Unable to restrict users who share the same line from modifying set groups.
I have had a great experience, the functions are very easy to use.

I use it as my business line and it has everything I need. Great features, contact management, superior call quality and convenient features like auto-reply.
The telemarketing calls that a business owner gets on a daily basis are insane. When using Sideline, as far as I've been able to tell, there is no way to block aggravating numbers.
Ve been a sideline user for a while now, and I have to say I’m never looking back. It has amazing call quality and tons of features to keep my business and personal line separate.
It can be highly misused/abused by others who continuously create new phone numbers to harass others that have blocked them.
I love that Sideline works just like my regular cell phone number. It's easy to use and you can text too, which is a plus.
Worst customer service I have ever found. Cannot contact anyone via phone and no response via email.
I get a separate phone number that rings to my cell phone and the graphics on the home screen tell me its a business call. Its been awesome so far.
I am very disappointed with Sideline. I am in the process of phasing out the number, but I still have marketing material out with the Sideline phone number.
