PiPcall Mobile+ is a business phone system for field, frontline and deskless workforces. Unlike VoIP phone systems, which carry calls over WiFi or mobile data, Mobile+ carries calls over the mobile voice network (GSM/VoLTE), so business calls connect reliably wherever there is mobile signal.

Deployment: Provision each user with a physical SIM, an eSIM, or the PiPcall app for iOS and Android. All three options carry calls over the mobile voice network. The app uses the phone's existing SIM to connect calls but presents a separate virtual business number, keeping business and personal calls fully separated on one device. Optional VoIP endpoints, including a desktop softphone and compatible desk phones, connect office-based roles to the same service.

Administration: The PiP Office portal provides central control of the full estate: allocate and reclaim business numbers, manage users, configure call routing, hunt groups and IVR, set recording policies per user, and view call analytics and reports. When an employee leaves, remove the user and retain the number for reallocation, so business numbers stay with the business.

Call recording: Calls on business numbers are auto-recorded by policy with no user action, carried over the mobile voice network, and stored encrypted in the PiPcall cloud, never on the device, with admin-controlled playback, retention and export for evidence and compliance.

Who uses it: UK safety-critical operations (rail, electricity, gas, construction) where call recordings are required as evidence, and field workforces in utilities, healthcare, retail, recruitment, logistics and property where the mobile is the core work tool.
