Les données sont hébergées en France (conformité RGPD) et la portabilité des numéros est assurée avec accompagnement à la migration. Ubefone propose 4 formules Unity Cloud sans engagement, sans durée minimale : Smart Office, Business Office, Business Office Mobile, et Flex Office sur devis pour les grands comptes et le secteur public. Ubefone propose aussi Mobility Cloud, une solution 100 % mobile (carte SIM, sans poste fixe) avec toutes les fonctionnalités du standard Unity Cloud sur les lignes mobiles, en 8 forfaits Business Mobile de 16 à 67 €HT par utilisateur et par mois. Il n'y a pas d'essai gratuit en libre-service ; la découverte se fait via l'équipe commerciale et une démonstration personnalisée.
