What do users say about ConnectWise RMM?

I was originally a Continuum customer, and although we lost LogMeIn (it had way faster file transfer speeds), we got ConnectWise and Backstage filled in most of the gaps and even solved some strange problems for us that LogMeIn couldn't.

Works very well. I also have Webroot, curiously not on the pick list, which has not worked for a long time.

Having our MDR included in the RMM and automatically deployed with it is incredibly powerful.

As one of our LOB apps we need this integration to enable ease of deployment etc

To allow other departments without access to CW RMM to see and manage tickets generated by CW RMM. With Asio UMM that information is now accessible inside Asio allowing most departments to work out of the same interface.

tickets flow through but you get everying even the support requests you put in to get the system fixed lots of noise.

Automating reporting for clients. I've ran into serveral issues pulling and displaying data but support is excellent and have been promptly resolved.

The built in reporting in connectwise isnt great. We need Brightgauge to bridge this gap
