Team members can collaborate with each other, create custom document stamps, and automatically delete files based on defined retention periods.
Dokmee ECM facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Workday, Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP, PeopleSoft, Allscripts, and more. The file-sharing functionality enables supervisors to view specific files at the same time and track edits or revisions using version control capabilities.
