Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

OverlayQA overview
What is OverlayQA?
OverlayQA is a UI bug tracker that detects visual and accessibility bugs and collects client feedback on any live page.
Detection: Auto Review scans a page for design inconsistencies, missing interactive states, form problems and responsive gaps. The accessibility audit checks for WCAG issues with axe-core plus AI analysis. Design System Audit flags hard-coded colors, spacing, type and radius that should be design tokens, and can compare against your tokens JSON or a Figma frame. Visual Comparison overlays a Figma frame or uploaded image on the live build.
Issue capture: every issue carries a screenshot, CSS selector, computed CSS values, page URL, viewport and browser/OS details. AI drafts the title, severity and description. Issues get readable IDs, labels, assignees and threaded comments.
Client feedback: share a review link and clients pin comments on the live page with no account.
Integrations: two-way sync with Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana and Trello (status, assignee and comments flow back), Slack notifications, and an MCP server for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Where it runs: review public pages in the dashboard with no install, or use the Chrome extension for localhost, staging and login-protected pages. Personal data is auto-masked on saved captures.
