What is Shakebug?
Shakebug is a bug and crash reporting SDK for mobile and cross-platform teams. Testers and users shake their device to report an issue, attaching an annotated screenshot, screen recording, network logs, console logs, and device, OS, and app version details automatically.
Crash AI groups duplicate crashes into a single issue, with first-seen date, affected devices, and OS trends, so teams aren't triaging the same crash more than once. Session Journey and User Journey show the screens and events that led to a bug or crash, including anonymous sessions for apps without login.
Shakebug 2.0 adds product analytics on the same SDK — sessions, MAU/DAU, weekly retention cohorts, custom event tracking, and in-app ratings — so bug reporting, crash monitoring, and usage analytics live in one dashboard instead of three separate tools.
One SDK covers iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and web (React, Next.js, and other JS frameworks). Integrates with Jira, Slack, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Linear, GitHub, and GitLab.
Free plan: 3 projects, 3 members, 500 MAU, 10-day retention, no credit card required. Paid plans start at $75/month and go up to $125/month for higher usage and longer retention.
