SmarterSelect is a web based application management platform that allows schools, awards organizations, and scholarship & grant providers to create, collect, analyze and evaluate customized application forms. The solution eliminates paper applications, helping companies to save time and focus entirely on selecting the right candidates. The online application system helps organizations to manage the entire application process by first creating an intuitive form for applicants. Application forms can be made as simple or as comprehensive as necessary using multiple choice question types. The question flow can be tailored to change depending on the respondents answers. With the data collected, SmarterSelect automatically scores respondents based on predefined formula.
