Pros

I am impressed that Amicus actually takes action on suggestions and has adopted user recommendations. This is a nice value add proposition.
The layout is attractive, and it has a lot of features and reports that are useful. It integrates fairly well with Quickbooks.
I have had a very good experience with Amicus especially with integrated file/contact/case management.

Pros

I have made a couple suggestions to improve the software and both changes have been made. Their customer support is outstanding.
I like the ability to easily communicate with staff and clients about their legal issues. The automation is very good and allows tasks to be done in half the time without automation.
Our firm uses this for EVERYTHING. I am very pleased with MyCase and will continue to recommend it to other firms.

Cons

Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Customer Service is really awful. A government bureaucracy might be the only customer service department that is worse than Amicus.
There is no warning that you are about to close the entire program on your computer.

Cons

The function to submit a question does not result in any feedback at all. The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally.
So, I always try to take the "oops, MyCase is no longer available" as a sign that I should stop working.
I am worried that quality will decline after the recent buyout.

Pros

The ease of use from the app to the online version. This software allows us to be more mobile and efficient

Cons

Not all of the features and functions we had in Amicus Attorney are in MyCase. We miss them but it has not deterred us.
