Professionals can use the matters module to log and retrieve details about cases such as office turnover, allocated time, involved parties, actions taken, photos, and more.
CICERO LawPack provides various add-ons for Microsoft tools including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Exchange, which allow businesses to edit and save documents, directly sync incoming and outgoing emails with corresponding cases, and track booked appointments from within the application.
