What is Lawman?
Lawman is a practice management solution designed to help law firms streamline the entire legal lifecycle, from tracking client cases to handling billing operations. It enables lawyers and paralegals to quickly prepare documents including contracts, memos, wills, deeds, affidavits, and notes using built-in custom templates.
Features include time recording, appointment scheduling, conflict searching, invoicing, email marketing, accounting, budgeting, risk assessment, reporting, and more. Lawman allows fee earners to manually or automatically sync emails with corresponding matters by configuring preferences into the system settings. Attorneys can utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) module to sort entities and contact information into custom categories such as business types, roles, and field specialties.
Lawman can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud. It facilitates integration with eCopy, a document capture platform, to directly manage legal documents for specific clients or matters. With Lawman’s case manager, lawyers can automate the complete legal workflow by planning and tracking all cases on a unified platform.
