Legal Track is a legal case or matter management solution which enables in-house counsel members of corporate legal departments to manage contracts and documents, track emails, delegate tasks, and more all from a single platform. Legal Track is built inside Microsoft Outlook and supports litigation and non-litigation matters, as well as e-billing capabilities for procession outside counsel invoices and invoice reviews. The platform is fully customizable with alerts and workflows, legal spend management, business intelligence, and Office 365 integration.

Legal Track allows users to create cases and track case-related emails from within Microsoft Outlook. Users can work on case files individually or invite other Legal Track members to work the case with them. Legal Track ensures all case-related documents are stored under the respective case file, giving users central access to all important case documents. Legal Track integrates with Microsoft Word, allowing users to save working legal documents from Word automatically into Legal Track.
