Key features of Adzooma include channel management, keyword tracking, account alerts, multi-campaigns, and event triggered actions. The rule-based solution automatically pauses advertising campaigns when users reach their spend limit and sends notifications to clients when poor performing keywords are detected. Really positive - due to the scale, age and intracacy of our accounts I needed a tool which allowed us to easily automate time sapping day-to-day points of the account and give me the time back to focus on account growth strategies. 10/10.

Pros
Implementing Adzooma into our accounts and has been seamless, stress free and opened my eyes to new areas of account opportunities to create value. Adzooma goes beyond being a tool for day to day productivity and has become an integral part of our PPC account development and strategy. The UI and design of Adzooma makes interpreting large amounts of account data really simple. Plus by utilising the management, opportunities and automation sections of the Adzooma you can shave serious time off your day to day optimisations whilst getting a flavor and insight of how to shape the accounts on-going strategy. You can easily identify themes and points of weaknesses in your accounts and effectively direct your effort thereafter. The reports tool is also a really neat feature to have built in and again is much more efficient way of pulling account performance data for stakeholders then say using GADs channel data or in-built reporting systems. Also - a big fan of the automation tool which again is much easier and more powerful than using GADS internal automation systems. We're looking forward to using the Facebook management features in the account as well. Having used other tools previously (Wordstream & Optmyzr) I can say that Adzooma is far better value for money and actually helps you to deliver so much more for your accounts.

Cons
Some of the opportunities presented go aren't necessarily going to help our account.

My account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been superb, very supportive and helpful, checks in on a regular basis but without being in my face or a distraction, a really nice and helpful chap.

Pros
The simple nature of the platform and the effective results in a short space of time. I've saved £100's across my client's accounts in just over a month and also halfed the amount of time needed to manage them too which free's me up to spend more time investigating and testing on their behalf.

Cons
Occasionally it can hang which is frustrating but given the platform is free to use is not something to grumble about.

Adzooma Marketplace review: not as promised, negative option billing

There are no Adzooma Marketplace reviews that I can find online, despite the number of agencies that appear to have signed up for it. If their experience is anything like mine, no wonder they're so silent. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from their team, reached out to me on LinkedIn, and presented this new "agency marketplace" where businesses can look up a digital marketing agency of any kind and match it to their needs. He promised the world: highly targeted leads with a great budget, high traffic, and while Adzooma is based in the UK, they insisted that many of their users are in the United States as well -- and the US is my main target audience. Bottom line, he painted this beautiful picture of it as one of the most profitable sources of leads an agency could have. Sounds good, so we sign up for the 30-day trial. In those 30 days with my listing on the marketplace, I did not get a single contact. None. Despite their suggestions, we still did not get anything. The worst part, it took weeks to book a consultation. Weeks after supposedly cancelling my subscription, they still continue charging my card - and they won't let me remove my credit card from my account. This is a negative-option billing system, where a company will do everything to not lose your business. If I'm not mistaken, this practice is illegal in the United States. I get that the marketplace is new, but if it worked, I'm pretty sure it would have a lot more public feedback by now.

The business application was comprehensive and detailed. Nothing else I could really say.

Cons
Numerous promises made about results, but absolutely no contacts.

Great Tool for Advertising

Pros
This tool allows automation rules and provides suggestions/opportunities based on its proprietary algorithm for your AdWords campaign which helps to save time and money advertising. Besides, its white labeled and customisable reports is a plus for agencies. Great tool!

Cons
Facebook ads integration and feature still at infant stage, hope the features will be more comprehensive in near future. Well, the team is actively taking user suggest and launching new features quick though.

Pros
The simplicity of the user interface. Coming from google ads and facebook ads manger, this is much more intuitive

Can't think of a big con right now. They did have some bug earlier in their process. They seem to have been worked out now
