It enables supervisors to manage contracts between hotels and travel agents, corporates, or tour operators. With the operations functionality, front desk managers can handle and streamline check-ins, price overrides, and document scanning, among other processes. It also lets business leaders generate reports to gain insights into hotel performance, bookings, invoices, and agent performance.
AxisRooms allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Paytm, PayPal, Hotelogix, and Trivago. Administrators can configure single sign on (SSO), manage roles, set up tax rates, and define commissions for employees.
