It's a cheaper alternative to a product like pardot that we considered using. But, it just has minor issues that made it not worth it for us in the end.

Very good but not very explanatory

After you get everything set up, then it's great...

I succeed with ActiveCampaign.  My friends and I use it together.  It's secure.  I don't have to worry about my customer contacts getting into hands outside my business.  It's the best in class email automator.  

There is some room for improvement.  In contact management. It can save me time by getting better at spam detection.  I respect the company because it improves each year. For example, it's captcha feature is a great improvement.  It doesn't stop every Chinese spammer yet.
