No Longer in Use Due to Fallout with Shopify

We've used multiple ESPs for multiple clients. If you can afford something better, then go for it, if not, mailchimp is a fine tool. The templated journeys can get you started on your ecommerce automations right away.

Mixed bag. It's great for some things and then for others we prefer other platforms. Klaviyo > Mailchimp > Constant Contact

We outgrew the capabilities of Mailchimp about 6 months before we switched to Klaviyo. After switching many of our pain points were solved or pacified.

Overall I had a good experience with Mailchimp, however, due to the Shopify App Store issue, as well as concerns about deliverability I switched to Klaviyo.

It has been the first email management software I used and it still sticks around. I do use Klaviyo now as well, but Mailchimp is my all-time favorite.

Mailchimp got us out of the gate very quickly but now we've exhausted what it can do and aren't happy for what they charge given that. We will be moving to Klaviyo.

Good email marketing option for SMB

I have used mailchimp with multiple companies and it gets the job done.  It will integrate with most software and websites which is very helpful.  If you are price concious it is the best but if you really want to make money with an eccommerce site I would go with something that has more features.

I love Mailchimp but it has it's limits

Positive experience and I love their funky aesthetic. I actually still use it for my personal website where SMS is not a factor. Good bang for your buck!

They're not monkeying around

MailChimp allows me to keep in touch with my leads, prospect clients, and new clients, so I can make them come back to my shop.

Mailchimp is a great email marketing option for those who only need a basic email set up. You can track your contacts easily, but if you are looking for a drag and drop builder that has more options, something like Klaviyo might be a better option for you.

Simple Email Marketing Tool

The best option out there for every business. 

I'm testing three different email marketing providers, Klaviyo, Seguno, and Mailchimp. I don't have enough prospects to leaving their free trial, but I'm getting there. And though I like Mailchimp email templates and Segunos straight-forward interface, I might choose Klaviyo in the end because they have the better intelligence and statistics that will be vital for my business growth.

Its really easy to set-up and use whether you are doing it yourself or hire a designer it won't be difficult to get something built and sent.

I love using Klaviyo. I actually converted after using Omnisend for a few years. I've also used HubSpot and MailChimp, but Klaviyo beats them all. It's incredibly user-friendly, especially for design!

Klaviyo is so easy to use, segment, perform A/B tests and for reporting!

It's a nice product if you somewhere between a beginner and an expert in lifecycle marketing. It is very easy to set up campaigns and flows, however it has its limits. After a certain point, refining your emails and the results becomes too time consuming.

Nice product if you want to send simple emails

Klaviyo is a perfect solution for Shopify users it basically has everything you need to pamper your customers by the time you increase your sales and loyalty. The best part, they offer a free subscription then you can upgrade according to your needs.

The Best option since Mailchimp and Shopify broke up

I have tried many email marketing providers (MailChimp, Sendlane etc) and found that Klaviyo offers the highest customer service, hands-on implementation, very detailed training and on-boarding. They also offer many pre-build email templates and flows that are customizable 

Best e-mail marketing solution for Shopify

We use Klaviyo for sending our order confirmation, shipping, tracking, and other after purchase emails. For marketing, we've created some great flows including a thank you email 3 days after purchase, abandoned cart emails, customer recovery emails, etc.

Great ecommerce marketing email platform

We love Klaviyo!

It's been great. I had one experience with customer support where I felt the person wasn't going to pass on valid feedback (open rates of the first email cut by half due to < 2 hour wait with FB sync). But other interactions with support were great and I also was able to connect with their product manager who promised to look into it. I felt they're a young and flexible team. Also laser focused on email and what email marketers need.

Better than mailchimp - no question

I used Klaviyo with a Shopify integration to create custom design css templates for abandoned carts,  order confirmation, delivery confirmation and more.  The full Klaviyo suite itself is much more powerful and can be used instead of Mailchimp for a complete direct email marketing solution.

Overall, I am a fan and they have earned their place as our go-to marketing tool. We can't operate without Klaviyo.

The best all-in-one marketing tool for scale

We moved from Klaviyo to Mailchimp because of Klaviyo's user interface and ability to create segments to target pretty much any specific audience from our lists that we desire. I also enjoy the customer information Klaviyo collects and makes available in terms of how frequently they order, their churn risk and overall value to the company. It's great!

This is great software

Changing to Klaviyo was one of the best decisions we did. Our team was able to integrate with it quickly. It is very well documented. Its API allows us to also pass over information from other tools we use. My team is very happy with this platform and has no intention of moving away.
