- aasy to setup - picks up on most of brand mentions - has built-in flexible reporting - easy to export raw data and then fuel into whatever BI stuff you use, e.g. Google Data Studio

- doesn't pick up on Youtube mentions. For a media/entertainment brand that is crucial. - sentiment analysis is still kinda off-beat

- Ease of use - Ease of deployment and setup - simple UI that does not confuse our users

We had a few minor hiccups when inviting colleagues to join the Mediatoolkit, but these were resolved by the MT support rather quickly.

I appreciate how easy Mediatoolkit is to use in terms of setting up queries and reading the results.

I miss the ability to sort out retweets as it makes it more difficult to navigate when you search more broadly.

Das Tool hat ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und ist sehr zuverlässig . Außerdem ist es leicht zu bedienen und läuft auf allen Devices. Die Nutzerfreundlichkeit auch auf dem Smartphone ist sehr gut. Der persönliche Support ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Es gab keine Probleme bei der Integration der Software in mein System. Insofern gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

No data archive, you can monitor mentions captured only 90 days ago.

That is an easy-to-use tool, you can change manually the social sentiment and have a great costumer service.

Sometimes some mentions don't appear and the limitations that listening has with Facebook (it is not only with this tool)

At the moment I don't find anything wrong

Easy to use, can create as many search criteria as you want, have "feeling" per each found topic (neg, neut, pos), create alerts, get reports

could have wizard or how to create new or edit already created search criteria. Sometimes you forget or add additional conditions and later on you realize that something is wrong.

Easy to use and the help desk is amazing, made my life a whole lot easier to find my features

I do not feel that anything is missing

Mediatoolkit is intuitive to use, has some great features such as easy reporting and query setup and customer support is always quick to respond.

Occasionally pages don't load results but hitting the refresh button fixes the issue.

I love ease of access to all of the links to our organization mentions in media.

Ocassionallly it doesn't gather all of the links so I have to find them manually.
