We chose memoryKPR because of their customer service and they did not disappoint. Their pricepoint is also super reasonable and they are aligned with our values.
Adding hashtags requires approval but I understand why.

Worked well for what we needed and we had a great experience working with the customer service, when we needed them.
We ran daily flavor fav contests, this solution helped us gather hashtag content from social, but also get content added direct. We used our contests for engagement but also to grow our email marketing list. This helped us add over 1000 new email addresses in one summer.
We could only have one login for the team, I would have liked to have multiple users without paying for the enterprise plan.

Excellent - the customer service is really what stands out most. I was paying for a USG and hashtag capture solution, a digital storage solution, and was paying for UGC, something I no longer do - the comparable solutions were WAY more expensive than these guys, so they saved us time and money.
I love that I can gather UGC really easily. I also am finding the Content Library is saving me so much time and giving me so many more options for content that I can use in marketing and on social media.
Before the Canva link, I had to download the content I wanted to use, having said that, it is fixed. There are a couple of tricks I couldn't figure out, but the customer service was so great - they actually just sent me videos and even offered to jump on a call with me to teach me.

The support staff is amazing - they will take the time to onboard you to the system and are quick to answer any questions. The user experience on the platform is intuitive and simple.
memoryKPR is an intituive, cost-effective platform that allows you to capture, store and share memories and assets. We love using memoryKPR at our corporate events and conferences, as it allows us to capture both content uploaded to social platforms (via hashtag) as well as content manually uploaded. It is a unique way to supplement professional photography and videography by capturing authentic content directly from guests and users. Their platform is extremely easy to set up and use and the new AI features make tagging and sorting so simple. We love looking back at our different events and the uploaded content.
No cons so far - looking forward to seeing the next upgrades and features they will come up with.

They have been so easy to work with and helpful when I have needed help setting up. I highly recommend them as they care about their customers.
MemoryKPR is easy to use, all set up for me, and well designed. It has been so helpful for our business to easily gather content from app users and I love the social media tag option as ell.
No cons but looking forward to seeing some of the future features they are working on.
