Press releases can be created with embedded video and high resolution images, and either published immediately or scheduled for publish at a later date. Embargo functionality can be used to allow certain people to access news before it is made public. The Outreach module provides email distribution tools to deliver news to contacts. Users can manage contacts, create contact lists, write personalized emails, schedule mailing times, and track email performance with real-time reports.

With the Collaborate module, tasks can be assigned out to teams, enabling the delegation of writing and reviewing content. Built-in chat enables real-time discussion with teams, and email notifications keep everyone updated on progress. The Global module allows users to delegate content creation to local teams or agencies to maintain a consistent message across multiple markets. Users can also choose whether localized content requires approval before publishing.

The design interface is intuitive and the added link + image options gives a professionalism to the PR that we haven't found on previous services. Outreach function is also super useful for targeting specific networks and managing mailing lists.

Easy to manage press room that stays up to date and allows me to archive clippings as well. Now all my stuff is in one place.Amongst the many features I love about, I think my favourite are: 1. Because the Press Release is online, I can change the content or photos anytime I want, which helps me look less stupid when I spell a name incorrectly. 2. I love that I can provide the press with ready-to-use high res photos. 3. I love that I can filter my press contacts and that they will ALWAYS be up to date.
