RoomCloud is a cloud-based channel manager and booking engine for hotels, B&Bs, hostels, and apartments that help reduce time spent on booking inquiries and avoid overbooking by automating responses.
The RoomCloud channel manager allows the business to connect with all the major booking engines and lets them automate their responses. The platform has pre-built responses for common inquiries or the business can create their own response statements by integrating an unlimited number of variables such as bookable dates or price information to ensure only relevant replies are being sent out. The platform integrates completely with both PMS and BE for very simple management of availability.
