UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing Pricing

We used to use Affiliately which has a clunky interface and is very challenging to use and also expensive. Uppromote was a breath of fresh air! This is a HUGE step up from what was available only a year ago.

Only issue I have run into is that if you are an affiliate for a different company that also uses uppromote, it gives me trouble logging in to my affiliate account, since it keeps logging me into my company account. I am sure there is a solution, but that is really the only frustration so far. It also weirdly logs me out a lot...other than that, all good!

Thank you for trusting UpPromote. Regarding your issue logging in, as we understand, you're a merchant and an affiliate of another company at the same time. Since merchants can use af.uppromote.com to log in, affiliates need to use a separate link called the Affiliate login link. In this case, we strongly recommend you use different browsers (or the same browser but with normal mode and incognito mode) to avoid conflict between those 2 portals. The interface is clean and straight to the point. Support is there when you need them and are very thorough.

The login page for existing affiliates cannot be customized to match branding.

Its easy to use and has low barrier to onboarding new affiliates.

The link between Shopify and UpPromote could be cleaner.

I love how easy UpPromote is to use. Love that there is no comission fee on top of base price like other competitors

for me I am having difficulty getting my users to refer others. Haven't cracked the code yet. Perhaps suggestions etc would be helpful for users like me.

It can be confusing to create coupon codes and I had one coupon that I couldnt delete for months, which cost me money

UpPromote has the most extensive affiliate management toolset out there, and I have tried quite a few in my time! The customer support is also top notch; they always respond quickly and are so willing to help!

I think the email feature is a little bit limited. It would be great to implement with Klaviyo better or something like that. Also, while the market place is good, most affiliates don’t respond. I think a more robust market place with more active affiliates would be better.

The interface is easy to use and has all the functionality we need - probably more that we don't utilize. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. They always respond immediately and are supportive and helpful. This has been a much better experience than what we had with our previous platform for price and customer support.

So far, we haven't had anything that is a "con".

UpPromote is full featured, but it only takes about an hour to get the basic features configured and ready to use. This makes it easy to start onboarding affiliates - and you can get deeper into the features as you go along.

The up front cost can be a bit high if you're paying for a year in advance, but if you're committed to growing your affiliate program, the cost is an investment.

When you can use it correctly, it could be a very funcional app. With that app you can develop the marketing strategy of your company.

I think it's quite difficult to use at the beginning and also is too expensive, so, in my opinion. It is only an app for people who knows to use and who has a very good reason to buy it.
