“The person who followed up indicated that my phone apparently has spam blockers and was not able to connect via phone and never tried to reach out via the way the chat indicated (email) until 6 days later. How their customer service gets high ratings is beyond me. When we originally implemented the system we had the same long lag in response time and they indicated they've had unusually high call volumes...if that were the case a year ago and still the case today I would STRONGLY suggest hiring more support persons.”
