Excellerate Church Management Software, a product by Micro System Design, is a cloud based or installed solution that helps in managing daily activities of a church or non-profit organization. The product is used by churches of all sizes across the United States for the purpose of member tracking, visitor tracking, manage small groups and attendance, contributions tracking, mass emailing and check-in.

Member tracking functionality stores all the information related to a member at one place which helps leaders or church administrator to access information such as attendance, interest areas, contributions, counselling etc. in one go. Check-in features offered by the solution allows users to use it in three ways – Express mode, touch screen mode and attendant mode. Express mode requires minimal assistance from any attendant as the parents have to only scan the barcode present on the key tag. Once the barcode is scanned, all the necessary details like attendance, room number, check-in receipt etc. are automatically assigned. In touch screen mode, parents search the name of their family and child on a screen and take a print-out of check-in receipts and badges for their child. In case of attendant mode, a volunteer attendant conducts the entire check-in process.
