The RealView campaign builder allows organizations to create attractive giving pages using a drag-and-drop interface. Users can build simple and clean donation pages and registration forms with advanced patterns and transparencies. The campaign builder allows organizations to create suggested donation amounts, fixed amounts, or let the donor decide on the amount they wish to give.
The GivingFuel platform provides users with detailed reports, dashboards, and real-time analytics. Organizations can get visibility into their giving performance as well as traffic, visitors, conversion rates, mobile usage, and more, from a single screen. All data is searchable and exportable. Users can find and view any donor’s profile and to see a snapshot of their history with links to past transactions, recurring schedules, or pledges.
GivingFuel supports Text to Give functionality, which allows users to donate via SMS/text messages. Each donor has a card on file that is linked to their cellphone number, allowing them to send a one-time donation by simply texting in the amount to the organization’s special giving number. The platform includes other features such as conditional logic, social media tools, and eCommerce tools.
