It has certainly helped during Covid times being able to move tenants in contactless.
Ease of use, when looking for an alternative e-signature software provider it was very difficult to find something that ticked all the boxes and was cost effective. Following our Zoom call with BlueInk we were very impressed and signed up straightaway. We were particularly impressed with the I.D and selfie authentication.
The search feature could be improved to find a document

Fantastic. Use it for on boarding documents, contracts, in office and HR forms, etc.
Unbelievable product. Simplified my business operations. Helped us “go green” and move to a paperless format. No messy files and things are completed way quicker this way versus competitors, as well as the paper and pen approach. Simplification is a great word to use. The support for this product is also great. I’ve gotten quick help, anytime I’ve needed. Can’t say enough about this! Also— I really like the certificate of completion. Really cool tool to have available.
I truly have no complaints. If you’re considering Thai product..... stop! Just get it and save yourself even more time!

We switched to BlueInk last year after receiving poor customer service from another leading company. We've been very pleased with the switch. BlueInk is easy to use and was almost half the cost of our previous document signing platform. Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful as well.
BlueInk is simple to use and makes it easy for us to collect documents from our employees and business partners.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to use word documents on BlueInk instead of PDFs to make it easier to edit.

We send many documents out that are both legal in nature and important to our ability to move forward with projects. On a few occasions we had to reach out to customer support and the experience was phenomenal. The people are kind, understanding and they get right to fixing the issue without making the problem more frustrating. I actually have started looking forward to working with their customer support team, which is definitely a first!
BlueInk was the best decision for our company in terms of pricing for the large volume of documents that our company sends out on a daily basis. The ease of use for our clients that had not yet used BlueInk was especially important, and it seems that the time frame between when the documents were sent, signed and then received back to us was faster than normal. Not sure how you do it BlueInk but our timeframes in-between decreased and we were able to move forward with projects faster than before.
Nothing at the moment, but I will get back to you if I find any.

Simple to use, worth the price, would buy it again.
Document management is done by date and not document name. Also, the "add field" list does not stay put when you scroll the document. So when you scroll down the document to find the correct location for the signature block, you have to then scroll back up, click correct field box, scroll back down to correct location, click again to set the box. It would be nice if that list was in a ribbon that did not move while you scroll the document.

My overall experience has been very positive. I prepared a couple demo documents and sent them to myself. They were received immediately and it was an easy experience to complete the required data fields, e-sign the document, and send it back. I got the signed document almost immediately and the experience was very positive.
I just started my company and was in need of an e-signature solution. I evaluated several other products and decided on BlueInk initially because of the reasonable cost and good feature set. The signup process was quick and easy and I was able to upload my document and create my editable fields in no time at all. I got a little confused while creating my internal e-signature and was not sure if...
Too early to determine what additional features I might want but impressed that BlueInk cared enough to ask the question.

This product has all the features I need to use almost daily with an attractive price point. It was easy to begin using this product as opposed to my previous product. Very pleased!
Reaching Customer Service was a bit difficult, needed to submit message online and had no idea whether my ticket was received. Issue resolved so all is well but it would have been nice to have some tracking on it.

I love the affordability and functionality that Blueink provides. I was hesitant to initially move our operations to electronic signatures because of the overall costs. When I found Blueink, I signed up the free trial and I immediately realized that this was the solution I needed for my team and it was offered at the right price point. We now use Blueink daily and it has simplified our workflow. Most importantly, my customers love how easy Blueink is to use. Customer service has also been a joy to interact with. Overall, highly recommended!
We do not have any issues with the software or the support. Blueink delivered services as promised.

A great product. Eas of use and being able to contact a customer service rep 24/7 is great.
This software was easy for our teachers to learn and start using right away. As the administrator of the software that made my job easy.
If a teacher didn't log in within a certain time frame I would need to resend them the invite. Teachers found this frustrating because they would have to wait until I was available.

Efficient
I haven’t come across an electronic signature platform easier to use than Blueink. They were able to help my company and myself become more efficient for a fraction of the price of their competitors.
I didn’t have any issues with the software that the customer support couldn’t help me with in a timely fashion.

Great. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is so efficient, quick, and easy to use
Mobile feature to sign. It is so much faster to send a link and have the patient sign on the spot.
it should have a notification for when text message bounces back. Ex: non working mobile # or if we are using a land line number

We are saving a lot of administrative time using BlueInk for the execution of our contracts and other documents. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing.
The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve.
The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece.

We are able to execute contracts easily and fill our units . Our contracts are highly specialized because of offering student housing so customization is key.
The features I like most about blue ink are that i can finalize contracts from anywhere and my client can be anywhere. I am not tied to my office and business can move forward 24 hours a day.I like that my template can be created personalized to our needs. I also enjoy the update seminars and that they are distributed online.
I joined Blue Ink when it was first starting and creating templates was free by customer service. Recently i called for help building a new template and was told it would be a $150 cost. i was able to figure out creating the template myself but it took some time.

There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls.

This product is affordable, easy to use. My documents look professional when sent to clients and I like many of the features; the customizable templets are really useful!
I like the mobile features, it's so easy to send, receive and sign documents while multitasking. I like that the product is easy to use even for people who are not tech savvy.
No complaints, I have not had any significant issues with this product.

It is super easy to use BlueInk. Bulk send is a great feature where you can send a document to all staff. This is my second year, and I am so happy to use it.

The ability to create a package to send to multiple users, track progress, and to collect signatures is very easy.
sometimes the order of the persons to sign "flip" and when placing the signature fields in the document, need to be changed. Easy to fix but annoying.

Being able to electronically sign contracts with my overseas buyers on a secure and easy to use platform was a game changer. Knowing that it was both compliant with US and EU electronic signing laws it was a no brainier!
The price point was a little higher than anticipated but the convenience and security are unparalleled

BlueInk has been and will continue to be very useful to our office. We are required to obtain parent signatures often and BlueInk has given us a platform that saves times and is efficient, convenient and cost effective.
BlueInk has provided us the opportunity to share documents with parents in a safe and secure way. It has also made our requirements of acquiring parental consent easier by providing a convenient way to reach parents through email and/or cell phones.
I have not found any issues with BlueInk. It was easy to integrate into our office needs.
