CWorks is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) designed to help businesses track and handle maintenance tasks on a centralized platform. Supervisors can use the dashboard to monitor the progress of work orders in percentage and track the status of tasks as ‘open’, ’close/complete’, and ‘cancel’.
CWorks allows organizations to store asset information in a unified database with details including asset number, description, activity status, criticality level, and location. Managers can add new parts, view stock balance based on the site or sub-store, and access transaction lists according to requirements. It also lets users create new work orders, assign them to specific employees, and calculate the total job costs.
CWorks enables businesses to maintain a record of available inventory, track asset depreciation, and schedule preventative maintenance for available stock. The software also helps users manage purchase requisitions and maintain a detailed work log for future reference.
