Plan the week from a single calendar with monthly, weekly, daily, and map views. Drag unscheduled jobs into open slots, assign one or more crew members, and sync with Google Calendar. Automated schedule alerts confirm assignments, flag pending work, and warn you before a deadline slips.

Live GPS Tracking and Routes

See where every technician is in real time. Trace each crew member's route for the day with clock-in and clock-out points, distance covered, and the task at each stop. Built-in route optimization maps the most efficient path by shortest distance or time, and managers can message drivers directly from the map.

Geofenced Attendance and Selfie Verification

Eliminate time theft and buddy punching. Technicians can only clock in once they are physically inside the job site geofence, and each entry is verified with a selfie, face match, GPS location, and timestamp — giving you a fraud-proof attendance record by employee and site.

Proof of Work from the Field

Crews capture photo evidence, record voice notes, and add written updates directly from the mobile app, all auto-tagged with GPS and time and linked to the job and customer. Completed work flows through clear statuses — Submitted, Approved, Rejected — so managers can review and approve in one tap.

Automated Timesheets, Payroll & Invoicing

Field hours flow straight into timesheets — no manual entry. Payroll is calculated automatically against each worker's rate, including overtime and breaks, with support for hourly or fixed-amount pay, "mark as paid," and one-click export to QuickBooks. Generate invoices from completed jobs and get paid faster.
