What is FlowAgent?
Built for Danish trade and service companies, FlowAgent replaces whiteboards, spreadsheets and paper job sheets with one system for the office and the field.
When a customer calls with an urgent job, the office creates and assigns it in seconds. Recurring service agreements generate their own visits, and larger projects can be planned across weeks and teams. In the field, technicians open their jobs in the mobile app, log hours and materials, take photos and complete QA checklists.
Completed work flows straight into invoicing and on to e-conomic, Dinero or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with payroll data to Danløn, Dataløn and Proløn. Prices start at DKK 299 per office user per month, with a 30-day free trial.
