Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Lucy overview
What is Lucy?
Lucy is a cloud-based order processing software designed to help B2B businesses automate the processing of emailed PDF purchase orders from customers. It lets wholesale distributors capture sales data such as customer purchasing habits, price errors, and stock codes based on existing ERP system data.
Key features of Lucy include order entry, special order management, recurring orders, and remote order entry. The platform sends email notifications to managers about new customers, incorrect codes, or typos in sales orders, ensuring accurate customer pricing and business rules are followed.
Lucy allows teams to create new trading partners using the dashboard based on information such as default ERP customer code, partner name, and ERP order status. Sellers can also set business rules using the automatic price acceptance functionality.
Lucy enables managers to map purchase orders by highlighting areas in the document that correspond to various fields including order number, date, delivery address, customer code, stock code, quantity, and item price. The system can process orders from the mapped fields in PDF files and convert relevant data into sales orders in the integrated ERP.
Key differentiators:
- Unlimited trading partners - don't pay more every time you bring a new customer on board your automation
- Self-service mapping - no need to send every new PO away to be mapped by a third party. You know your customers' orders best, and Lucy lets you map and update at will. Unlimited maps per trading partner mean fewer interventions.
- No lock-in contracts, and simple transparent pricing model. Change plans when you need to, scale up or down in response to your changing business.
Key benefits of using Lucy
* Machine learning means those inevitable customer data issues are spotted, corrected, and remembered for next time.
* Complete event log of every interaction with each order = audit trail compliance.
* Forensic insights into customer order habits with reporting and data analysis
* Scalable and secure, no lock-in contracts
* Manage your own maps and trading partners, no need to suffer the time and cost associated with third-party mapping
