What is Lobbytrack?
Lobbytrack is a visitor management software that helps government organizations, schools, healthcare institutions, and other businesses register visitors, send confirmations, and conduct background checks, among other operations. Employees and hosts can pre-register visitors and add details, such as name, email address, phone number, visitation date and time, and location.
Lobbytrack's watchlist module enables organizations to conduct security checks for all visitors against criminal record databases, federal watchlists, and any internal lists of blocked visitors. Administrators can capture visitor photos, create non-disclosure agreements, limit visitor counts, print temporary badges, scan IDs, and issue access control cards. Security guards can maintain a list of on-site visitors to handle emergency evacuation processes, send push notifications, and sign out all evacuated visitors.
Lobbytrack facilitates integration with third-party access control systems and Microsoft Active Directory to streamline visitor management operations. Visitors and hosts can register and schedule individual and group visits, and sign-in in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Danish, Dutch, French, Hindi, and Russian. It also sends automatic email or SMS notifications to hosts upon the arrival of their visitors.
