Pros and cons

Locad is a great partner for fulfillment and they have a helpful team.
This translates to a great customer experience and kt encourages our customers to repurchase from us in the future.
Very happy that I chose to go with LOCAD. Barely had much stress associated with order management and fulfillment of my customers’ orders.
I was told to just multiply the 14-day sales figure by 4 which is a sad excuse for a "tech company" to not have flexibilty here. In other platforms, you can toggle with this data a lot more.
Inability to edit orders in dashboard limits ability to action late customer requests.
Not flexible to my needs when it comes to tracking sales data.

Pros

LOCAD helped me scale my business with ease. Now, I don't have to worry about scaling my team during the peak season and just focus on product development and sales.

Cons

The current workflows are more optimized for businesses with higher SKUs, which might be daunting for small startups/scale-ups.

Pros

We chose LOCAD after encountering various challenges with other logistics partners. The integration with WooCommerce was seamless for us. [sensitive content hidden] and her team went above and beyond their services, closely working with our team to make our fulfillment process smoother. They also handled other forms of integrations for us. We highly recommend LOCAD.

Cons

Nil, so far things are going well. So it is all good.

Makes our e-com brand easier to handle and we don't have to worry about the stress of booking and tracking orders.

Cons

customer support is kind of slow but they reply once you follow up with them :)

These guys are dope but not flexible with the data they present to you

Pros

real time tracking of inventory and orders is necessary for any ecommerce business and locad is the best when it comes to doing this accurately.

Cons

Not flexible to my needs when it comes to tracking sales data. For example i need to see 2 months worth of sales but they can only show 14 days worth of sales by default. I was told to just multiply the 14-day sales figure by 4 which is a sad excuse for a "tech company" to not have flexibilty here. In other platforms, you can toggle with this data a lot more.

A great partner that helped me ship anywhere in Australia

When you’re using your own one-man band, it’s hard to make it affordable to ship to wider parts of Australia. But by working with someone like LOCAD, who has existing business relationships with shipping carriers, it becomes more affordable to push out our different brands to more customers. Now with LOCAD, 95% of our shipments are shipped within 90 minutes.

Pros

Incredibly fast fulfilment! What took us days before packing and shipping take LOCAD just hours. Their customer support is also phenomenal and very hands-on.

Cons

Some operational hiccups which they immediately address. Overall a great fulfilment partner!

LOCAD believes in SMEs and we love them for that!

LOCAD made it possible for us to grow our overall orders by 200% because they handled our marketplace accounts for us. It would've been impossible to reach that number without them. Their efficiency allows us to ensure that we can timely fulfill orders whether it's a lean season, a double digit sale day, or even a quick spike of sales due to our products going viral. This translates to a great customer experience and kt encourages our customers to repurchase from us in the future.

Pros

We messaged a lot of third-party fulfillment services but they didn’t entertain our inquiry, only LOCAD did. For me, it speaks volumes that LOCAD sees the potential of SMEs to grow into a big brand one day, so we didn’t second-guess our decision to go with LOCAD because of the experience we had.

Cons

The things that I think can be improved are beyond LOCAD's control - it's more on the courier/logistics side of things, especially when it comes to the handling of our parcels.

In generale LOCAD è un servizio affidabile professionale per le nostre esigenze di logistica e trasporto. Con la vasta gamma di servizi personalizzati, la facilità d’uso e l’attenzione al cliente è sicuramente un’opzione da considerare per coloro che cercano di migliorare la propria logistica.

Pros

questo software si è rivelato per noi un ottimo servizio da implementare alla nostra logistica, ben progettato e facile da usare. La navigazione della piattaforma intuitiva è permesso a tutti nostri membri del team di comprendere appieno il funzionamento della piattaforma in poco tempo. Fino ad ora ci è sembrato molto affidabile e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Dal punto di vista dell’integrazione, è stato tutto molto semplice e chiaro, non abbiamo riscontrato problemi di alcun tipo grazie al supporto ricevuto.

Cons

Ad oggi non abbiamo ancora trovato aspetto negativi o inconvenienti nell’utilizzo di LOCAD. Abbiamo facilmente compreso il funzionamento della piattaforma e il servizio sono ad ora è sempre stato impeccabile. Tornerò con aggiornamenti futuri qualora dovessi riscontrare qualche cosa.

La sua interfaccia intuitiva e semplice da usare mi ha permesso di configurare facilmente le funzioni automatiche per gestire la nostra logistica in modo più efficiente. Inoltre, LOCAD offre anche una serie di funzionalità avanzate, come il tracciamento delle spedizioni in base al destinatario. Ho apprezzato anche il supporto clienti rapido ed efficiente che mi ha aiutato a risolvere un problema tecnico in pochi minuti.Nel complesso, se state cercando una piattaforma che possa migliorare il vostro servizio di logistica, vi consiglio di valutare anche LOCAD.

Cons

Inizialmente i ragazzi del nostro dipartimento tecnico hanno trovato qualche difficoltà nell’integrazione. Difficoltà subito risolte grazie alla semplice ed esaustiva documentazione disponibile relativa alle integrazioni tecniche. Al di là di questo, da quando abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzare il servizio, abbiamo sicuramente migliorato le nostre KPI e soprattutto, cosa più importante, la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti.
