great software for managing your sourcing requirements
It has extensive functionality for BOM management and contract management.
UI can be better. And can have more features for analytics.

We are happy with MeRLIN. It offered a comprehensive and easy-to-use solution for our sourcing and procurement needs. It is an excellent platform for managing your procurement function with strategic sourcing functionalities. It is highly configurable and helps adapt the solution according to your business needs easily.
Configurability and Flexibility. It helps to adapt to needs of a dynamic environment and our very unique business model.
Localized support in Kuwait can be better, expect to have higher payment gateway integrations with local banks & payment gateway integrators in the Middle East. Direct Debit Bank to Bank on the way.
