This is a great tool when you have too many projects to keep track of. It is great when you want to invite clients to review your progress or allow them to input any changes.

There is no way to prioritize tasks other than assigning due dates. For a lot of my tasks there were no specific due dates.

The system is always improving; they are not the type that builds something and works to fix it regularly while taking your money NO. They release updates and new features all the time.

Not bad for a project management tool for freelancers

I started as a one-woman operation and have tried more than 50 apps. I've used multiple tools to patch together solutions for all of my needs. Plutio has allowed me to bring everything related to running my business into one platform, and has made it easy to grow and scale as I have added team members. They're actually EXCITED to use it. 

Excellent business management software

The capturing of clients with the proposal>contract>invoice is great and is what got me to use it in the first place. Once you've got the client, I'd move them on to a different system because Plutio is so flakey. Customer support is poor, taking days or even weeks to get back to you.It's a shame, because it has so much promise, but in the end it over promises and under delivers.

one killer feature, the rest a mess.

I've literally never been so satisfied with a platform as I have been with Plutio. They even help me set it up without charging me. The developers have a pretty aggressive roadmap and since I started using it, they've knocked every new feature out of the park.

Having been an early adopter of Plutio, we've seen the product make massive strides forward. In terms of competitors for an all-in-one Business Ops tool, Plutio is well worth your attention. New features get added regularly, and the development team are very actively engaged with their community.

Manage most of your business operations in one tool

My issue was finding a PM Tool that was just right-sized for what I needed. Many of the tools out there were too complex (or too pricey) for my needs. OR they just didn't work well visual. I needed a way to quickly create tasks, mark certain ones urgent, track time (in multiple ways), and group tasks on a board by project.  I also needed a way to quickly see how much time I spent on a project. I will be implementing the proposals soon as well. Plutio also has invoicing, and more. I could go on, but I won't. I love PLUTIO!

Although I've only been using Plutio for a few days, it's been enough for me to get hooked and enjoy spending more time creating quotes, contracts, and invoices to clients. The ability to create and manage projects and link all the various information together is really invaluable.
I would have liked different pricing to be able to white-label the communications sent to the client (quotes, contracts, invoices, etc.).

After using Plutio for well over 6 months, I found myself not completely satisfied with my experience.  For my style business which has a regular source of work repeating each week I needed something that was specially designed for this type of work.  I found Plutio was good at most things - but not specialised in one particular project management style.  I feel if they focused their strategy and became really good in one area (for example, project management) they would have an exceptional piece of software.  As it stands they are more a piece of software that is just ok at everything.

There is alot of business management software out there. Sure some has more features, but a management system should not be a burden to use. It should be easy and well polished. Easy to understand-UI and have native apps for all your devices. Plutio has all that, and im not changing my main management software ever again.

Great all in one software for small busineses or self-employed

Plutio has been part of my software arsenal for just a matter of months so far; I haven’t quite committed to it whole-heartedly in my day job in higher education, but I keep it open on my desktop and utilize it for jotting quick tasks that follow me around on my various devices. I plan on moving my wife’s small service business to Plutio when the subscription runs out on another SAAS service, so I’m a believer in what the developers are up to and where they are heading.

Working with Plutio is a charm. I tried alot of similar tools before staying and subscribing with Plutio. Why? it comes in multiple interface languages, there is alot of features at the same place. It is easy to understand and switch between projects and the interface is pretty and simple to use. Also, the team is really responsive to your demands and comments.

Andrew:                                                Hi, my name is Andrew. I'm managing director of my business. I rated Plutio five out of five stars. For more reviews, click blow. So before we started using Plutio, we were actually using a few different tools to do the same job. For one thing, we used Trello for our job management, and Trello is great. Trello is one of the best products for the single task that it does. Whereas Plutio, it incorporated the features of Trello, things like the job boards and all that sort of stuff and task management, with CRM, with invoicing, time tracking, our whole heap of additional features that Trello just didn't have. And so we felt the need to move away from Trello for the fact that we're able to have all of these features in one product. And that's why we chose Plutio.
                                                       One of the things that really impressed me about Plutio is that how active the team are in developing new features. It's seems like every month there's a new major feature released in the app. But as well, they're constantly working on the old features. They don't just release a feature and then they leave it. They're actually constantly refining it and they're constantly working on it. And that's actually given us the confidence to continue developing our use case within Plutio, because we know that even if there might be a few things that doesn't quite work the way it is now, as long as we let the team know, they'll probably bring it into the development cycle and work on it down the track. And features that are very useful in that software, we know that they're coming, we know that they're actively working on it, and they're working with the community, the user community, to work out what are the best features for the product for the users. And so we've got this piece of software, we've got confidence will keep on evolving and developing into the future.
                                                       So I remember when we started with Plutio, it was very much a log and then just explore the software. But as the system has grown, there's been tutorials, there are use cases, videos that help you set it up. And as each feature gets released, their documentation expands. So it becomes easier and easier to use Plutio as a first time user. I know for example, they rolled out a major release over the last couple of months, and we were able to incorporate that so easily within our workflows because they did such a good job of telling us what those features are, showing us what they were, and creating territorial videos around them.
                                                       So my initial recommendation with Pluto is, one, get it. Just get a demo and jump into it and explore the features. Even if you don't start implementing right away, at least get a feel for what they're doing with the software. Because even if today it may not be exactly right for you, it probably will be down the track. Really check out the task management boards. Just the way you can customize it and have multiple boards, that's been the biggest feature for us. So get in there and explore that. But we've also found that using Plutio as a client portal has actually worked really well for us. So I recommend you explore the way Plutio helps you interact with your clients, using things like wikis, and the task boards, and internal messaging, and all that sort of stuff, bringing it all together into a single project really has helped us with our bigger, more complex clients in meeting their needs and helping them grow their businesses and organizations.

                                                       I've used Asana. I've used Click Up. I've used separate programs for all of these things that Plutio does. And I was really happy to find Plutio because it's all in one for one relatively low monthly fee.
                                                       Two things that me and my clients love about Plutio. One is the fact that you can weight label it. So when you're bringing your clients into it, it looks like your own little portal. And two is that you can customize it so much so that all the colors are branded to you. And when you're bringing your clients in, you can make all of their projects in their brand colors too. And it's just a nice little touch.
                                                       Plutio has a really good user interface. I find that it's usually relatively easy for my clients to use when I bring them in. I find it's a lot easier than some other tools that are super complicated. So I like that about Plutio and there are... probably the clunkiest part about it is the proposals part.
                                                       I think Plutio is especially good for entrepreneurs who are solopreneurs and small businesses with a small number of employees. I think it's excellent for those kind of people.
