What is ProValet?

ProValet delivers a three-dimensional cloud-based management platform that simplifies and automates job scheduling, dispatching and tracking as well as customer invoicing and payments through a web-based interface and applications for field technicians and for customers.

Jobs are created through the ProValet web app using a series of fully customizable workflows to standardize the services. The workflow can include anything from checklists to freeform notes to pictures. Jobs are assigned to a field technician on a specified route. Jobs can be set as subscriptions and then scheduled in advance as regularly recurring subscriptions to automate the creation, scheduling, dispatching and invoicing.

ProValet's Technician app sends the scheduled job information to the technician, optimizing their route for the day as well as guiding them through the preset workflow of the job. The technician app also allows the technician to report any issues outside the scope of the job to the office so that the customer can be made aware of them and then approve them. Technicians are GPS tracked throughout the workday allowing admin users to redirect/reroute technicians. Customers are also informed, through the ProValet Customer App, when their job/service starts and is completed.
