What is PubWorks?
PubWorks asset management software is used by city and county governments with field management and public works solutions that include tools for job costing, work orders, service requests and fleet maintenance.
The Asset Management module allows you to create an inventory of all your assets, arranging them in their hierarchical order, creating quality assessments and valuations, and reporting on value, maintenance costs and current condition.
Pubworks can also be used to manage buildings and facilities. You can create a hierarchy of assets and each asset class can be assigned its own custom attribute, from which there are 60 to choose.
You can also set up a project in PubWorks and track budgeted and actual job costs. start and end dates, and the quantity of production. You can automatically generate analyses on labor, equipment and material costs, budget statuses and project timing.
The software also features fleet maintenance tools such as labor tracking, parts and vehicle inventories, work orders and service requests, as well as fuel system integrations.
