qb-smart has been transformative in how we handle workforce management. Automating service orders and tracking staff performance ensures operations run smoothly. The real-time insights and data-driven decisions lead to more efficient processes and higher-quality results, particularly for managing multiple cleaning sites. It's a game-changer for companies looking to boost operational efficiency and improve service delivery through technology. We started from a very traditional organization and we are switching, thanks to qb-smart, to a digital one.

Pros

What impressed me most about qb-smart is its ability to automate work orders and track workforce performance in real time. With features like task assignment and time tracking, managing my cleaning staff becomes incredibly efficient. Work orders can be monitored from initiation to completion, ensuring that nothing is missed, which improves both accountability and productivity. If I need to mention the coolest pros I would say the UX: so well done and easy to manage.

Cons

The platform's tracking capabilities, while powerful, might require a bit time to adapt to, especially when you have a very specific organization processes. Some small businesses may need initial onboard support to get the most out of it.
