Even when they start their permanent requests offs a month later, it will automatically start the request off right away therefore, employees have to manually enter their request offs for every day and time their are in class for each week of the semester.

Schedulefly is a very valuable tool to us, we love being able to adequately schedule our staff while also ensuring their requested time off is met.

Schedulefly doesn't put a lot of emphasis on being the flashiest/having the best app, etc, but that's how they keep their price down.

We have had questions in the past and every time we sent an email with questions, we always get an answer the same day.

The UI is a little behind the curve, but that's the intention...

The design of the platform is a little dated looking but that doesn't really matter.

We are now up to 10 locations with Schedule Fly and they are our go to for all scheduling needs.

Sometimes it takes a while for someone to get back to you from customer support regarding your questions/issues.

It's a touch pricey if you have more than one store, and the customer support, while not terrible, does take a little time to get through to.
