Service Pro is a mobile field service management solution that automates processes for firms performing break/fix repair, installation, inspection work, and preventive maintenance in the field, within any service industry. Integrated features include dispatching, call center, asset/parts tracking, scheduling, contract management, invoicing, and more.
Service Pro’s call tracking and dispatching features allow for one click dispatch to a technician’s mobile device, a visual call board, service histories, automated scheduling, and more. Users can manage the entire service work order lifecycle, from quotes and field technician work, to order management and invoicing. Inventory/spare parts tracking capabilities help improve the maintenance of multi-digit parts and lot number processing.
Asset tracking features provide organizations with mobile tracking and visibility of customer site equipment assets, including service and repair history, performance reports, mobile asset inspections, contract and warranty visibility, and more. Contract management features enable users to generate service agreements and apply service contracts to equipment, with automatic renewal notifications.
Service Pro’s automated visual scheduler helps users make more efficient scheduling decisions, as well as maintain constant visibility into the availability, location and skills sets of deployed field technicians. RMA management (return merchandise authorization) features help automate time-consuming manual processes, and drive continuous repair service improvement using standard RMA reports, trending analyses by return item, and more.
