Sign In App allows businesses to customize the platform to match their logo and branding, giving visitors a professional sign-in experience. Sign In App enables users to get up and running quickly, as well as set up a compatible printer for quick wireless badge printing. Using the built-in camera on any device, Sign In App enables users to take and then store visitor photos conveniently in a central location. Visitor photos can be printed onto visitor badges or simply viewed from the online portal anytime.
Sign In App enables users to capture the information they want from visitors with custom data fields. Users can export the custom data collected in the sign-in process along with the visitor history. To enhance the sign-in process, Sign In App supports pre-registration with branded email invitations. Email invitations can include directions, as well as a link to download the appointment to their calendar and a personalized QR sign-in code. SMS and email notifications ensure users stay up to date on visitor arrivals and registration. Other Sign In App features include fire/evacuation lists, terms and policies management, privacy mode, multiple sites management and staff sign-in functionality.
