Sirius by Orion Software is a modular business management system designed for use in the rental industry, offering users tools for distribution, shipping, customer relationship management (CRM), maintenance management, invoicing, and more. Sirius includes a preventative maintenance module which allows users to schedule maintenance, assign staff to tasks, automate the creation of itemized work orders, and track maintenance progress. All maintenance performed is recorded to create a detailed maintenance history, with maintenance logs conforming to safety legislation. Sirius also notifies users of when maintenance may be required, based on the projected usage of equipment.

SiriusCRM is a customer relationship management module in which users can document all interactions between customers and employees, from initial discussions to hire contracts. Multiple contacts can be managed per corporation, with delivery addresses assigned to customers, and the ability to create individual history reports for each contact. The Contact Console also enables users to follow up on past and current transactions.

Sirius can be used across multiple sites, branches, and warehouses, allowing users to create quotes, book jobs, assign staff, and run reports for each location. Availability calendars can be viewed from the contract management, serialized item management, and delivery slip screens. Users can also standardize the warehouse locations of on-hand products between sites.
