SupplyPro GM enables users to assign jobs to field agents based on skills, distance from the site, and availability, and plan and optimize dispatch routes. The review and approve functionality assists supervisors with evaluating and verifying work performed, inspections, and proof of delivery (POD). It offers a host of features such as workflow management, real-time notifications, time and expense management, and more. Agents can also update work details with images, capture customer signature, and accept payments using Android and iOS devices.
Managers can gain insights into projects, completion status, assigned tasks, and more via dashboards and reports. SupplyPro GM also supports integration with QuickBooks and other accounting applications to manage expenses, cash flow, invoices, and other bookkeeping activities.
