Scanmarket’s contract and document creation module enables users to create new contracts and agreements from standard clause and template libraries, including NDAs, BAAs, CDAs and more. It helps handle the entire contract life cycle for all partners and contract types, as well as optimize all contractual relationships. Contract activation features allow for contracts to be captured and stored manually, semi-automatically, or automatically within the system. The compliance module addresses compliance demands, and provides users with transparency of risks, conditions and obligations.

The platform's secure repository includes integrated archiving functionality that can be configured to unique user requirements. The reporting feature provides 15 standard default reports which can also be configured as required. Users are able to import or export files in various formats including pdf, docx, xlsx, rtf, and xml.
